At Leclanché we combine battery production expertise with many years of battery management experience. Therefore our batteries are more than just that – they are highly flexible power storage and management solutions geared to the respective applications’ individual requirements. We can offer this high flexibility because we handle all development and production steps including the fabrication of all battery components and the electronic, mechanical and electrochemical management in house at our production site.
Production of Leclanché large capacity lithium-ion batteries consists of unit-cell production and subsequent battery pack assembly where the individual cells are stacked to produce the actual battery. Battery capacity can be adapted to individual power requirements by reducing or increasing the coating thickness and the number of cells used in the battery stack.
