  The innovative high quality materials used in the anode, cathode and separator of the Leclanché large capacity lithium-ion battery enable a very high mechanical stability during cycling and allow for several thousand full charge cycles to be reached even in demanding circumstances. This results in an average battery lifetime of up to 10 years depending on the lithium sub-chemistry used, which makes these batteries especially interesting for the very demanding solar and grid applications.

  Contrary to conventional lithium-ion batteries Leclanché large capacity lithium-ion batteries feature an extended shelf life as permanent capacity loss is reduced by the use of the innovative Leclanché lithium titanium oxide anode.
• No memory effect and extremely low self discharge
  Leclanché large capacity lithium-ion batteries do not suffer from the memory effect. They also have a low self-discharge rate of only approx. 5 percent per month.
• Maximum flexibility
  As all stages of Leclanché lithium ion battery production are combined in house we can individually adapt each one of these to meet our customers’ needs. Customers can select a solution from the Leclanché standard portfolio of large capacity lithium-ion cells or we tailor a battery solution for their specific requirements.
